Erica Andracchio
Theatre Creator. Actress. Non-Profit Organizer.
San Francisco, CA
I'm a San Francisco Bay Area actress, stage manager, and recent playwright native to the area and currently living in San Francisco.
I have been performing for most of my life in a variety of venues. Theater has been my number one love from the start, but I was also involved in jazz dancing and performing throughout college and Color Guard throughout high school. I've been nourishing a growing passion for film recently, and am building an exciting body of work for myself.
Throughout my training I've been a student at American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco for many years, as well as earning my Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies, minor in Theatre Arts, from San Francisco State University. I have also been a student of Rachael Adler's studying the Meisner Technique through Waterfront Conservatory and Playhouse. I am trained and have a love for both contemporary and classic theater, as well as being trained for both theater and film.
I like to think of myself as "a woman with many hats". I am always busy, and if I'm not I'm bored. I'm not only an actress, but a stage manager as well with Left Coast Theatre Company in San Francisco. I've also started a journey as a playwright with Left Coast, and hoping to broaden those horizans. Growing up in Northern California is a large part of who I am, but having parents who were born and raised on the East Coast automatically gives me the best of both worlds, which is ingrained in my personality.
Along with living life as an artist, I am also the co-founder of a non-profit organization very close to my heart, Roanne's Race. It's a 5k/10k that raises money for colon cancer research, specifically for young adults, in honor of a very close friend of mine who passed away at the young age of 24. For more information about that, just click here on Roanne's Race.
